I was recommended Terry Chennells, Peak Stove Installations by Natural Earth Products when I was looking at wood burners. Terry guided me through the process of installing a stove from breaking out the opening to installation. With his helpful advice I had the chimney swept and the opening rendered so all was ready to install the stove. Excellent service from start to finish. We were extremely happy with the install and still are. Terry was very quick to address any queries and respond to emails/ texts prior to the job. During the install everything that was done seemed efficient/tidy. We were very happy with the whole process.
We were really pleased with the log burner fitting. Terry replied to messages promptly, stuck to times and dates and the fitting of the log burner was quick and looks excellent. Terry explained everything after fitting and left the house looking spotless. The burner has been working perfectly and we are really pleased.

Excellent service from the beginning. Sent a list of possible stove ideas as we were just starting to look. Advised on the building work that we would be carrying out and helped us to meet the regs. Excellent price quoted and very respectful in the house. They put floor coverings and dust sheets throughout. The work was completed to an excellent standard and a year later we love our log burner. *Customer Feedback* Gave a quote and a job start date, then no contact, week before messages and says job cancelled. Can't be the only guy, absolutely appalling service. potential customers beware. *Traders Reply* I was rather puzzled when I couldn't find my original paperwork when this gentleman rang me to accept my quotation. After much searching I contacted him a few times and was eventually told it may have been up to 6 months ago. So as not to cause any delay I offered a date to carry out the work, and that I'd confirm the details when I found the original quotation when I knew what the job involved. But I still couldn't find it and so as a last resort I asked for a copy of my original email containing the quotation and imagine my surprise when I saw it was dated 4th January 2020, that's over two and a half years ago! So I thought it was obvious the game was up (concealing the fact it was such an old quotation) and that it had expired and therefore so had the pencilled in date to carry out the work. It seems the customer still thought everything was going ahead at yesterday's prices (like buying fuel or any other commodity at prices charged two and a half years ago!). I'm sorry this has caused disappointment.
From my first contact with Terry he has been friendly, prompt, very clear with his communication and information. When he came to fit our burner with Lee they were very efficient and tidy - cleaning up behind them and very respectful in our home. They were also lovely gentleman - friendly and happy!! I would definitely recommend their work!!

Excellent service from my very first phone enquiry, to after fitting advice. I would recommend extremely highly, from giving me free advice on my first phone call while he was busy at work, and recommending a knowledgeable sweep who came out very quickly at an exceptionally busy time. He gave me very good advice re choosing a stove and came and fitted my stove on time, with no mess at very short notice, so I could have it working before Christmas and its been running smoothly ever since. All done without any stress and at a very reasonable price, compared to other fitters. I have recommended him to all my friends who are thinking about having a stove fitted.

Peak Stoves carried out a first class job. Excellent communication from the start, Terry visited to scope out the works and was extremely friendly and helpful, following up with a clear and detailed quotation the same day. The installation was perfect - Peak Stoves worked around a difficult chimney adapted during previous refurbishment works, fitting a new liner and setting the stove perfectly in position. Honest and clear advice was given about what needed to be done, at each step of the way. All of the work was carried out in a recently refurbished house, white painted walls, and great care was taken before during and after the works. Safely worked with COVID precautions. I would use Peak Stoves again next time, and would recommend them without hesitation. We are now warm and toasty - Thanks!

Would recommend Peak Stove Installations to fit your stove without doubt. Terry Chennels paid an initial visit to my home to look at the fireplace, chimney etc. and discuss the fitting of the stove. He gave good advice regarding KW output, Flues, what to burn and how to burn correctly with our chosen stove. We arranged for him to fit our stove on the 3rd October 19'. He arrived precisely on time. He fitted a new flue and liner removing the old one, installed the stove and again instructed me on how to use it correctly. He did this work without fuss and without mess. I have absolutely no hesitation at all in recommending Peak Stove Installations.
