Was super happy with the service from Dean today. Called as I was worried about a rat infestation and he came, did a thorough investigation and was able to put my mind at ease! Price was extremely reasonable and he was honest in that I didn?t need any further intervention! Couldn?t recommend him enough!

We had a wasp nest problem in our roof, we phoned and they came within the hour, no fuss excellent service that sorted the problem quickly, great service from a genuine local small business that cares about service, what more could you ask!

I can't thank Dean enough. I phoned him at 9.13am this morning to

Dean came at two days notice to clean my gutters and downpipes. He was prompt and showed me photos of what he had to sort out and what they looked like after 2 hours of hard work in the unusually cold

Dean came out promptly to deal with squirrels in the loft. He found the hole they were using and wired it over. Hopefully the squirrels are now nesting outside. I can highly recommend Derbyshire Pest Management. I had heard
rodents within my cavity walls and loft space. Dean was able to come out to the property within a couple of hours of my phone call. He quickly identified and effectively dealt with a complex rodent
infestation involving multiple attached properties. A very

Dean did a fantastic job when we had an insect pest problem. I was talking with him and he told me that he also did property maintenance and a home cleaning service. We arranged to use the home cleaning
service and the lady who came to clean was very thorough and she did a wonderful job. As both myself and my partner Kathy are disabled we arranged a set day and time for her to come each week and continue
her good work. The cleaner has been coming regularly now for over 10 weeks and the standard of the cleaning is extremely good and nothing is too much trouble for her to do when asked if she could do

I was very impressed with this company. I had wasps in my house and Dean located the nest which was not easy to find; the main nest was in a hidden unused loft area. It was so wonderful not to have wasps in the house after the treatment. Dean was extremely professional, knowledgeable and respectful and friendly. Thoroughly professional, effective, thorough, Covid-aware, patient,
friendly, informative, good value, I don't think there's a
superlative I wouldn't use for the incredibly prompt service Dean gave us even though we live at the other end of the county. We'd probably been burying our heads in the sand about our mouse problem in the loft but we feel he has sorted it out once and for all, dealing with the current invaders but proofing the house against future ones as far as possible. So glad we looked up Trusted Trader and found him - great job!
Highly recommend. Out of the blue one night we heard scratching in our attic, and knew it'd be the rat we'd recently seen in the garden. Dean came the same day we called, and spent 2 hours thoroughly
searching the outside for a potential entry point. This was in the pouring rain but didn't prevent him from 'turning over every stone'. Dean also re-fixed loose guttering as he worked his way around. Dean talked me through the whole process and of what signs he was looking for and had a great knowledge of the pests habits. Dean found the entry point, I'd have never located it without him, and the rodent hasn't returned. You can get your rat bait stations off Amazon etc. but it helped to have an expert assess the property and gave us peace of mind especially having children around. Thorough, methodical, transparent and honest.
Dean arrived within 30 minutes of my phone call. And dispatched my furry lodger with speed and skill. Supremely impressed. Hope to not need to use his services again but would strongly recommend him if you need him.

Tree Bumblebees had colonised a nesting box right by my kitchen
window. Dean came promptly to remove it for me, making a point of
choosing early morning when the bees were sleepy, and calmly and
efficiently took the box and bees away without disturbing them. It was so neatly done and he went the extra mile later to restore the box, which I wasn't expecting. Really good service.
