Very professional and efficient.
Second time using 24/7 Plumber. Last used in December 2021 for a flooding cellar. Drew was with us within 10 minutes and quickly sorted out a non-working bath tap and malfunctioning shower. He knows his trade and is professional, friendly and quick to find the root of the problem and fix it. Excellent service. Highly recommended.
Texted 24/7 Plumbing around 11.30pm the week before Christmas after finding water gushing into our cellar. Turned off water at mains so did not require immediate help. Matt responded first thing next morning and was with us before 10am and promptly diagnosed problem and provided the solution. Friendly, Professional and Punctual. Another fine job done by 247. Plumbers are so hard to get for small jobs but they are happy to do them. Quick, efficient work by a very nice young chap. No hesitation in recommending them for any plumbing job.
Plumber attended very quickly to deal with a leaking toilet. He understood the problem straight away and dealt with it efficiently and tidily. The charges were reasonable and he was pleasant to deal with. We would definitely use this service again and have already recommended him to family members.

I rang Matt yesterday about a leaking toilet. He phoned me today, arrived at 2pm and had the problem fixed within 40 minutes. He was polite and clearly knew his trade.

Broken toilet and it's the only one in the house so a desperate situation. It happened late at night so phoned early the next morning. He arrived at 9:15. The parts were not standard so he had to go to a supplier in Hazel Grove. Job finished by 11:15, much to my relief. He was efficient and friendly and charges were reasonable. I would definitely recommend and will use him again.
