I experienced a very prompt and efficient service from Rob Staley. I emailed about a non-urgent tap repair and he responded immediately, and came within 2 hours as he was already in the area. He was able to make the repair quickly, and had the necessary parts on his van already. I am happy to recommend him without hesitation.
Rob provided an excellent service. He identified our leak very quickly and the repair was completed within an hour. Very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend him and certainly use him again.
Rob came out promptly to deal with our faulty downstairs toilet. He was on time, skilled and polite. He worked hard, dealt with the problem very efficiently, and cleared up afterwards. Reasonable price for quick call out. Very satisfied, would employ Rob again, particularly in an emergency.
I have used Rob on three occasions: to fit a new element in my Economy 7 water heater; to replace a bathroom tap and clear the waste trap; to fit a new kitchen tap and to check the waste disposal unit. Rob responds promptly; is a good communicator, explaining in detail the work he is doing; is resourceful, dealing competently with the unexpected. He is cheerful and friendly - a pleasure to meet. His work is exemplary and I thoroughly recommend him.

Lovely chap, very easy to work with. Did an excellent job changing taps, bath panel and radiator with no fuss or bother, cleared all rubbish and left a clean room. Would definitely recommend and use again.
