I used S Taylor Locksmith to change the locks when I moved house. Steve arrived exactly when he said he would, he was polite, efficient and helpful throughout. I also appreciated that Steve did not try to upsell us to the most expensive options. As an additional bonus, Steve was able to fix two UPVC windows all with materials he had with him on his van. Steve was so helpful when we had a problem with our front door and we would highly recommend him.
I have no hesitation recommending Steve Taylor if you need a professional locksmith. The mechanism on our back door lock had failed so we couldn't open the door. I phoned him around 10am and he was with us within an hour. He quickly got the door open and replaced the lock which he explained was beyond repair. Although I wasn't expecting him to, Steve reduced the bill by 40 pounds because, due to an unforeseen issue, he had to replace the door handles as well. That's going the extra mile in terms of great customer service. He provided a fully itemised bill including an electronic copy so we knew exactly what he'd had to do and the costs involved. Friendly and very helpful, with a clear commitment to providing the best possible service for his customers. Full one year guarantee also provided.

Steven arrived promptly and fitted new, more secure locks to our front door and back patio door, happily answering lots of my related questions in the process. Finding the right size patio door lock handles proved problematical for him but he persevered, providing us with the new locking access from the outside that we wanted. Our original supplier had said we'd need a set of new patio doors at a cost of 3000 pound, to achieve the same outcome!! Needless to say, we thought that using Steven was time and money very well spent. We won't hesitate to do so again, as necessary.
