No job is too small and you speak direct with me and not a Call Centre. I carry £5m Public Liability insurance and supply and fit locks including those conforming to BS3621 as recommended by the Police and Insurance Companies. December 2023 - Steven promptly replied to my email, and visited the next day. He replaced the back door lock that day. He carried out the work quickly and professionally. Helpful and friendly manner. Would recommend.

I have no hesitation recommending Steve Taylor if you need a professional locksmith. The mechanism on our back door lock had failed so we couldn't open the door. I phoned him around 10am and he was with us within an hour. He quickly got the door open and replaced the lock which he explained was beyond repair. Although I wasn't expecting him to, Steve reduced the bill by 40 pounds because, due to an unforeseen issue, he had to replace the door handles as well. That's going the extra mile in terms of great customer service. He provided a fully itemised bill including an electronic copy so we knew exactly what he'd had to do and the costs involved. Friendly and very helpful, with a clear commitment to providing the best possible service for his customers. Full one year guarantee also provided.

Called Steve as our front door mechanism had broken. Steve was on site within an hour of the call and has done an excellent job. Problem with our front door, Steven came out within 15 minutes of being called. Fast friendly and efficient service. Apparently we have the Mercedes of the lock world rather than a Ford but he still had all the spare parts in stock. Hope we don't need him again but would certainly recommend him.
