Nigel and Rob have just finished a two storey extension for us. The build has been finished to a very high standard and we're very happy with it. A lovely, trustworthy couple of builders and we would not hesitate to use their services again. Highly recommended.

I can highly recommend Nigel and Rob - LS Building Services. We are thrilled with our kitchen/sun room reconfiguration and utility extension. Their workmanship is excellent, they are very approachable and were able to sort out any problems as they arose. They were very accommodating and discussed which were the best options for us during the project. They came when they said they would and were on time each day and they also responded to our messages. The project took the time they estimated it would to complete. We would highly recommend these experienced builders and we would definitely use them again.

Look no further these are THE BEST! I cannot recommend Nigel and Rob highly enough! We used them for our first floor extension of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. We couldn't be happier with it, or our choice in using LS Building Services. Their communication is excellent, they kept us fully informed all the way along, before, during and after, checking building control were happy and that we were happy with everything which we are, so happy. They didn't burden us with any problems at all, just professionally sorted everything out and organised plumbers and electricians on our behalf, all of whom arrived like clockwork. Their work is to an excellent standard, we've had so many nice comments from people as we live on a busy road and lots of people pass by. Nothing is too much trouble, I tested that out once or twice and their response was that they just wanted me to be happy with everything once they'd finished. I've already recommended them to friends. We've renovated our whole house back to brick over the past few years, my only regret is that we didn't find them sooner! We'll never use any other builder again! Top Chaps!

I would recommend Rob and Nigel, if you want highly skilled builders who carry out work of the highest standard. They are both hard workers who turn up when they say they will and put in a full days work. They are friendly, professional and most importantly honest. I was kept informed about every stage of the building of my extension and am very happy with the result. I will certainly be using them again if they will come back!

Absolutely fantastic service and top quality work. Nigel and Rob undertook work on our conservatory, replacing the old poly carb roof with lightweight plastic tiles and replacing the old wooden windows and doors with UPVC. Internally the ceiling was plastered and spot lights fitted. They arrived promptly each day and put in a full days work everyday that they were here. They kept us fully informed of all developments and any potential cost implications along the way; they were both very polite with a good sense of humour. More than excellent value for money and their work standard is completely impeccable. We would highly recommend LS Building Services and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We are so thankful for the good comments made by previous customers that prompted us to have work done by LS Building Services. We were not disappointed. Nigel and Robert did an excellent job in replacing the hip and ridge tiles on our bungalow and garage and repaired the leaking guttering. Excellent service provided by Rob and Nigel, they came and gave competitive quotes for the work that we required doing. Once agreed they came on time every day to carry out the works to a very high standard. Could not be happier with the results especially the new stairs. We were very pleased with the quality of the rather complicated paving they did for us, they came when they said they would and battled through rain in a remarkably cheerful way. The crucial thing is would we use them again - you bet we would!

We didn't know any Builders personally so the reviews on Trusted Trader really helped us. We came across LS Building Services and contacted them for a quote for our extension. Rob and Nigel came as promised, discussed our plans and gave us good advice. The quote was prompt and competitive, so we were more than comfortable to give them the job. Once they had started they never stopped, arriving punctually every day in all weathers - it rained almost every day! They took the time to explain each stage of the building work and liaised with Building Control and our Architect. They went the extra mile, doing some additional unplanned work to ensure our kitchen could be installed on time. They take great pride in their work which is evident in the quality finish of our extension. Nigel and Rob are great guys, they are reliable, friendly, hardworking and trustworthy. We were really impressed and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Rob and Nigel sorted out a leak in the low part of the roof - up to the dormer window. They came when they said they would and were very pleasant as well as knowledgeable. Also they were very patient when tracing the source of the leak. They also charge fair prices. Would definitely use them again.

Nigel and Rob have completed quite a few jobs for me now, about 7 in total, I have found them to be hard working, honest, reliable and very tidy. They turn up on time, crack on with the job in hand and they have always left it tidy and clean. For me they know what they are talking about, before finding/using their services I had quotes from other company's and they either didn't seem to know what they where doing or wasn't prepared to do it they way I wanted it. It's been a pleasure working with these guys while I have been renovating my house.

After 3 total let downs, Nigel was a breath of fresh air. Listened to what I wanted, quoted quickly and fairly. Arrived on time, completed on time and within quote. Professional workers seem hard to come by. I'm glad I've found some. Now to work down my list of jobs. I'll be in touch guys.

Very efficient, lovely "lads", easy to chat to, cleaned up at the end of each day. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is after bespoke or even traditional work of any kind, as they gave their own ideas which helped enormously to create the garden I was looking for. Nigel and Robert quoted a very reasonable price, arrived when expected, and carried out the works quickly and efficiently. They worked very hard, and left the site in a very tidy condition. We were very pleased with the work.
