HVTC consistently do exactly what they quote for, leave my garden clear and clean, take away waste, use relatively quiet tools that are well maintained, follow sensible Health and Safety, and generally are a delight. They encourage me to speak up if I change my mind and want me to be happy with their work.
I use Jon Dudgeon, Hope Valley Tree Care every year and always get great, reliable service. My hedges are huge and not easy to deal with, but he always does a great job of cutting and also removing cuttings.

Excellent at coming to the job when specified, discussing job required prior to day of assignment. came on two occasions to carry out the jobs required, efficiently working on the hedges and trees as soon as they arrived and the clearing up process was outstanding, not a severed beech leaf or remnant from the trees in sight. Jon is the Proprietor and he and one of his employees came to carry out the work. We were very impressed and can recommend this Company without hesitation.

Came when they said they would, did what they said they would, left the site clean, like they said they would, and it cost what they said it would. Also very pleasantly surprised at the charges. My hedges are high and on a fairly steep downhill slope so not an easy job. I've had Hope Valley Tree Care for 5 years and they do a consistently great job and manage a good tidy up and disposal job from difficult terrain.

Jon and his team were very professional throughout, they are most certainly experts in their field and highly safety conscious. We were extremely impressed with the methodical way the work was undertaken, clear and concise advice was given by Jon from the outset and the communication throughout was second to none. The work involved the taking down and removal of a dead horse chestnut tree and crown lifting of 6 other large trees, the team worked very hard and it took only one morning to complete from start to finish. The work was undertaken to a very high standard and the site was cleared and left in an impressively clean and tidy condition afterwards. The cost of the work was very reasonable - we would have no hesitation in using Jon again and would highly recommend him to others.
