Michael came out at very short notice following a leak at my father's house. Visited on a Saturday morning and resolved the issue. Very friendly and helpful, and also a very reasonable price. Extremely grateful to find someone able to help at such short notice, and would highly recommend.

Michael Gough is a gentleman, he discussed the work he was to carry out and kept me informed throughout the process. He explained things in a way I could understand and at no point did I feel overwhelmed by his presence. He did a good job which is what it's all about.
