Chris arrived promptly on every visit, worked tirelessly to fit our new hot water system, gave great advice, overcame a variety of issues and was professional throughout. Chris went to my Mum and Dad after their boiler broke down. My Mum and Dad couldn't praise him enough and will definitely use Chris from now on. Professional, friendly and knows what he is doing. He fixed the boiler in no time and the price was very reasonable. My Mum was also very impressed with how tidy he was and that he wore shoe covers as not all tradesmen do. Very impressed with Chris and would highly recommend him to others.
Chris was 100 per cent reliable as usual. We have used him twice before. Came the morning the boiler did not work. Arrived in a full anti covid kit. Fabric over shoes to protect carpet. Always arrives on time. Excellent reliability. Repaired frozen boiler pipe. Much relief given the very cold weather. Would recommend him.
