Very helpful and explained everything to me. Came straight away for an emergency call.
We chose Jacek through Trusted Trader to repair out Elektra electric combi boiler because of his claim to be able to fix such boilers. Whilst he might be an excellent electrician - for straightforward electrical work - he's been unable to fix our Elektra. This has cost us a lot of money and we've been without hot water or central heating for over three months. On his final visit he had to phone a company to ask for guidance, but even so, still couldn't fix the boiler and resorted to claiming the new parts must be faulty. He might be an excellent electrician, but Jacek is unable to repair Elektra combi boilers.
