Hello. I'm Mark (AKA Mr Baldy-Locks). I am an independent locksmith with nearly 20 years experience. I am an expert in all areas of lock work (domestic and commercial) including wooden, UPVC, glass, metal and composite doors. I have no call out fee and no hidden fees. I carry 99% of available parts on the van so aim to have your lock problem solved in one visit. I am fully insured to carry out work at your property and I am DBS checked. I offer a full parts and labour 12 month guarantee. I also offer discounts for OAP's, NHS workers & students. I am certain that I will have the knowledge, tools, skills and stock to complete the job to very high standards. 20-60 minutes emergency response available.

From the initial phone call diagnosing the problem to the completion, Mark was so professional and knowledgeable. He was punctual and informative, letting us know exactly what the problem was, what he was going to do and what options we had. He suggested an up-grade on the locks on security grounds and also re-adjusted all other doors to ensure a smoother action; not something he quoted for. All in all, I cannot recommend Mark highly enough. It is hard to find genuine tradesmen, but Mark is one of those. Thank you!

Contacted Mr Baldy-Locks by phone for help with UPVC front door that was locked shut and couldn't be opened due to broken door gear. I was given an accurate assessment of possible causes and the cost to repair. Mark arrived exactly as arranged and carried out the necessary work with no fuss and considerable expertise. On explaining the problem with my door lock over the telephone, I was given an initial assessment and information on pricing, receipt policy and product guarantee. On attendance he was polite and visually explained what the problem was and sorted this with a new lock. Extremely satisfied with his service.

Called Mr Baldy-Locks as my tenant had got his key jammed in the door. Mark offered to attend same day, but tenant chose next day call. Mark communicated with the tenant and called next day at the arranged time and sorted the lock. He also communicated everything with me.
