After Joe helped me out a year ago via FaceTime and refused to take payment, I vowed I would use him for any electrical work in the future. Which I did earlier this week. He was easy to contact, came promptly. Was a courteous, efficient, tidy, and knowledgeable worker. Looking forward to using him again.
Joe was asked to do a couple of small jobs in our bathroom which he did very efficiently. He is a very personable worker and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his business. 10/10
Joe soon answered my initial enquiry, visited on his way to another job thinking he just needed to swop one old wall heater for a new one, but found numerous problems that needed fixing to be able to do so. Stayed for two hours until he could leave a working heater, which probably made him late for his next promised job. So grateful for his perseverance and intend to have him back to fix a bigger job early next year. Such a weight off my mind to find a real Trusted Trader! Thank you Joe.

After struggling ourselves to replace a bathroom light fitting, we called DK Electrical. Joe came out the same day. Great work, reasonable price. Will definitely use this company again.
A change of meter left my night storage heaters not working. The power company told me to call an electrician. Joe arrived within two hours of my call, Examined the system and excluded any problems with my side of it. His report was invaluable for evidence for EDF and their contractors eventually fixed it. I shall certainly contact Joe when I next need an electrician.

DK Electrical really came to my rescue when my shower switch blew up and took out all of the power in the house. Fitted me in really quickly, sorted it all out by 9.30am, and even quoted me for sorting out some other electrical problems. Explained really clearly what the problem was as well. Definitely recommend, and would use again.
Came quickly after first contact, and replaced an L E D light fitting. Also gave me some good advice regarding the light fittings and fuse box. Very easy to deal with, and respectful of property, and reasonable charge. Would definitely recommend!
Joe came when he said he would and gave us good advice on our lighting and socket requirements. He then came as arranged to carry out the work, which he did in an extremely efficient and clean way. He is a very approachable and pleasant person. We will certainly use him for any other electrical work that we need to be carried out.
