Our engineers are as efficient as the boilers we install. Lead engineer Colin trained through the British Gas training academy and all engineers work on their professional development, staying informed of all regulatory updates. For example, if we can see an older boiler will need regular repairs, we will recommend that a new boiler would save money and reduce energy costs. Despite two callouts from my service provider, because my boiler kept cutting out, reading low water pressure, I still had no heating/hot water. When I said my living room radiator had a slight leak, I was told "We don't do radiators, your contract is boiler only" So I went to "Trusted Trader" saw the write ups for Gas Assist. I phoned Tuesday at 8.20 and Lorraine returned my call just after 9am, gave me a time. A bit later than the time given, due to workload, James arrived. By 4pm he had repaired the radiator, cleaned up and gone.
After finding Lorraine, Colin and Team, we would now not use anyone else. They offer an outstanding level of service and support, second to non. No matter which team member they send, they are consistently reliable, efficient, clean and tidy! Communication is always fast and friendly. As a Serviced Accommodation Management company, to have reliable tradesmen to call on is a must. We Are very happy with Gas Assist Swadlincote and will continue to use them for all of our properties.
Contacted Gas Assist to rectify a plumbing issue, given appointment date not urgent issue, came on time, diagnosed problems and carried out repairs /replacement efficiently and effective in a courteous and professional manner. Definitely recommend and will use again when required.
