The Best Locksmith in Chesterfield. A local business was not able to trade as the door had locked staff out, business was down and losing money by the minute. This company immediately responded was on site in early hours of Saturday morning, within 10 mins unlocked the door and was excellent in terms of service and was reasonable in terms of call out fee. Gave excellent service was pleasant and went above and beyond to keep me informed of being on route and expected arrival time can't thank the company enough.

This is the second time I have used this master locksmith. On the first occasion I lost my house and car key and he quickly came out to change the locks on my house and program 2 keys for my car. Recently I had another problem with my car key and once a gain Paul quickly resolved the issue. I can't speak highly enough of his service, he is a very nice guy and can't do enough to help you as a customer.
Paul was absolutely superb. We had lost the key to our camper safe and we're at a loss as to what to do. He explained our options very clearly and solved the problem in no time at all, leaving us very pleased indeed.

Paul is a very good locksmith who tells you exactly what needs doing and why. He then carries the work out to a very high standard using quality replacement parts as necessary. He is very punctual and will let you know when he will arrive. He is a very pleasant young man who works to a very high standard. I have no hesitation in recommending Paul to anyone who wants an experienced and knowledgeable locksmith.
Excellent service! Needed a lock on a tricky, new-build gate. Paul had to build up part of the framework to take the type of lock I requested but nothing was too much trouble. Neat job successfully done. Would definitely recommend.

In need of a locksmith quickly, Paul of SP Lock and Safe was the only one to respond. Not only that, he gave quotes and called round within hours and minutes within his eta. A quick resolution in opening my back door and advice to prevent a recurrence of the problem. Paul helped me sort out a spare key fob for my Jap import. A lot of others won't touch them. He struggled but mainly due to an issue with the car but he came back and sorted it for me. Can't recommend enough, great service and very friendly.

Paul from SP saved my bacon, when 4 other locksmiths couldn't/wouldn't help when I locked myself out at 5pm, Paul drove an hour to help. Within 10 minutes he had me in, no damage done to the lock whatsoever. As I still couldn't find my key we decided to replace the lock but as you would expect half way through the job of changing the lock, I found my keys and he put the old lock back, no charge. He even cut a new key for free as my emergency spare wasn't working hence why I needed Paul's assistance. I cannot recommend Paul from SP Lock and Safe highly enough.

I was recommended by a friend. I have a Toyota car and lost my only surviving key. Phoned Mr Sheldon Monday morning, he came to see the car by tea time. Visited Wednesday and Friday, to my amazement the engine was started. He then spent some time manipulating the actual door key in case the car battery failed. I found him to be a diligent and precise craftsman, very considerate and friendly. As I inferred, in order to accomplish a perfect job, nothing is too much trouble. A friend recommended us to phone this business when we were locked out of our car on Sunday at 9pm in the rain in Sheffield after losing our car key. They were so quick arriving and then getting into the car, where we had a spare key. They took payment by card and was a very reasonable price. They even came and supplied us with a new spare fob key in less than 48 hours which was also very reasonably priced. Paul the locksmith was very respectful and polite and gave us brilliant first class service. We highly recommend this business.

Following a DIY disaster, SP Lock and Safe came out to open a permanently stuck UPVC door and replace the cylinder with one we had purchased previously. The locksmith was courteous, professional and knowledgeable and was able to get us out of a hole AND replace the cylinder for an exceptionally reasonable fee. Would highly recommend.

Professional, courteous and dealt with an expected lock replacement turning out to be far more complicated and needing significant time needed to ensure the problem was resolved. Paul from SP Lock and Safe came to my rescue today to remove a rust jammed lock on my garage door. It was done quickly and efficiently and I can highly recommend his services.
Called for a quote Sunday morning and he offered to come out right away. A rainy Sunday afternoon, he replaced our front door lock and gave 3 extra keys at no extra cost. Next he replaced my car key and also gave me a spare blade in case I ever lose it again! Matched/beat previous quotes and was prompt on the job, professional and friendly. Couldn't recommend them enough for anyone in need of a locksmith!

Had a problem with my gun safe locks, Paul diagnosed it was a worn key which had also worn the lock mechanism, new locks installed and set of spare keys in no time! My Ford transit central locking did not work so I used my key to lock and unlock the van door, the lock eventually packed up due to this so I rang a locksmith who recommended Paul. Not only did he get me in my van, he sorted my central locking out for me and also replaced my door lock with a high security door lock. Very prompt and professional service. Paul was able to help when I lost my only car key. He picked the door lock open and removed the old keys from the system in case the keys were found and someone tried to use them on my car. He then programmed in two new remote keys. Much cheaper than taking it to a main dealer. I will definitely use him again for other locksmith work and am happy to recommend him.

My patio door lock broke last Sunday, I called other traders but Paul was the only one to answer the phone. He talked me through a few things I could try to do to get it locked but I couldn't get it locked. Paul quickly arrived and repaired the lock for under the price he quoted because it didn't need a barrel replacement. I'd be happy recommending him.
