I called PG Bosworth Ltd after I needed help with clearing a blocked drain. Courteous and polite on the phone Patrick promised to come over within a few hours, this was in fact correct. Patrick came to clear our slow drains and figured out there was half a brick blocking the path in the main sewer in hindsight I should have taken a photo and billed Severn Trent. Can't fault his enthusiasm and positive attitude, would happily recommend him to anyone.

We had a recurrence with a blocked drain. Called Patrick, as we had used him previously, who attended within 24 hrs it wasn't an urgent job. He turned up on time and very quickly fixed the job. Called Patrick on a Saturday morning with major blockage in my drains I just could not sort myself. Patrick called back whilst he was on another jobs and said he would get out to me later that day. Had a blocked main drain, called in the morning and was round same day on return from that days job which was appreciated. charged a fair price, friendly service and can recommend.
Patrick got back to me very promptly about a blocked drain at my parents' house. He came by the same day. It turned into a bigger job than anticipated, as it wasn't just the kitchen drain that was blocked. But he did all that was necessary, was very good natured about it all, and charged what sounded like a reasonable price. My dad was very impressed.
Although no work as such was carried out Patrick came out on Sunday to see the issue with our over flowing drain and he saw that the Seven Trent drain in the road was overflowing as well so told us to get them out first before doing any work to our property he was very helpful and did some checks before saying he would return after S.T. had been and didn't charge us for coming out, will definitely be getting him back if needed and highly recommend him.

Great service from Patrick, cleared and cleaned out blocked drain, came on a Saturday within 4 hours of calling when 2 other companies including Dyno-rod could not visit until Monday, no good with a blocked drain all weekend. Would highly recommend.

What a brilliant service from P G Bosworth Ltd. I phoned him at 4.30 pm after realising my blocked drain was too big a problem for me to sort myself. Although he was on a job already and still had another job to go to he agreed to come and look at my problem. True to his word he turned up at around 8pm and set to on what was a much bigger problem than I had thought, not only did he have to clear the drains on my property he also had to do the same on my neighbours property due to it being a shared system. It was great to get things sorted so soon and P G Bosworth Ltd are going on my own special Trusted Trader list, that makes it two traders on the list now. Very Highly recommended.
Patrick came out the same day to our blocked drains and he was brilliant. He had all the right equipment, not always so with Drain Companies and he was very professional. He explained everything to me and even used a camera. He quickly established the two problems we had and dealt with them straight away. I cannot praise him highly enough. Responded to my initial enquiry very quickly and discussed the drain issue at length. Visited to diagnose the problem with a camera then returned to solve the problem by jetting the blockage. No problems since. Would highly recommend and would certainly contact Patrick again if any similar problems arose.
A job well done, difficulties overcome with no fuss. Obviously knows what he is doing. Very amenable and brilliant work ethic. Would not hesitate to recommend whatever the size of job. I got the impression he really enjoys his work.
I called upon P.G Bosworth to clear a seriously blocked foul drain. He turned up on time with all the necessary equipment including an underground camera. He knew exactly how to tackle the unavoidably dirty job accessing the blockage from the manhole. He checked there was no further blockage on the neighbour's property. The problem was sorted very quickly and at a very reasonable price. He was polite and professional throughout and I would have no problem in recommending him for similar problems.
Patrick was the third quote that we had for suspected root ingress in a toilet drain. The previous two quotes proposed excavating part of the drive and relining the whole pipe at a huge cost. Patrick came to give an initial assessment of the work and agreed to come within a couple of days as the drain was not actually overflowing. He came, as promised on a Sunday afternoon, cleared the blockage, identified exactly where the root ingress was and used a high powered water jet to remove the roots. He then removed the soil from the base of the offending plant/tree to expose the join in the pipe, where he removed the roots to ensure the problem did not reoccur. Based on the previous quotes, we saved upwards of 800 pounds. So thank you Patrick for being hard working, honest and a good communicator. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending P G Bosworth Ltd.
