Excellent service, after 4 years and 4 surveys, a lovely couple of chaps found the problem, without Spire Pest Control I would still be plagued with rats, 4 other companies carrying out the same survey and checks did not find the problem but charged me a lot of money, Stuart and partner have supported me through this dreadful time and convinced me the rats will be gone and the problem has been solved, they have given me my sanity back.

Excellent service. Spire Pest Control promptly responded to being contacted. Stuart and Gary who attended were clearly experienced and after quite a challenging search in my old loft space they found an active wasp nest by the edge wall and treated it there and then. Very reasonable prices and they were professional, helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

We were delighted with the service we received from Spire Pest Control, and cannot recommend them highly enough. They responded to our initial inquiry about a squirrel invasion of our under loft, very quickly indeed! Phoned Stuart regarding a wasps' nest in a tree at my mum's property. He came out with his colleague Gary the same morning and checked it out and explained there was no nest but the tree was a food source for the wasps which is why there were so many in the summer months. Suggested removing the tree if the wasps return and said it was something he could do. Very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

After calling, Spire Pest Control arrived the next morning to remove a wasps nest. They were polite, informative and did the job quickly with no fuss. The price was very reasonable, cheaper than the council are charging for this service. Would recommend.
I called Stuart on a Sunday morning at 10am and he was very knowledgeable and understanding when we spoke about our unfortunate rat infestation issue on the phone. Within the hour Stuart attended our address and thoroughly checked everything out. He identified the problem quickly and we decided on the best solution. Stuart called his colleague Gary who came along to help out with the fix, sealing all potential entry holes and leaving bait to catch the rats. I couldn't believe how reasonable the price was for the work including cementing up the holes. We had an all round 5 star experience from 2 lovely blokes.

We had a wasps nest in our attached garage ceiling void and they were coming into the house. We contacted Stuart of Spire Pest Control mid-morning and told him the problem. He said they would visit that afternoon. At 7pm both Stuart and Gary arrived and dealt with the problem immediately. By the following day no wasps were appearing and since then there have been no problems at all. Both Stuart and Gary were very professional and friendly. The charge they made was very reasonable and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone, and will use this company in the future if needed.
Called on a Sunday, mid-fuel shortage, about a wasp nest above my bedroom ceiling. Stuart and team were able to get to the house within 24 hours and treated the nest in less than fifteen minutes. They were so friendly, reassuring and professional, and at a fantastic price as well. They explained the procedure and asked me to follow up the next day to let them know all was quiet - and sure enough, by the next morning I couldn't hear or see anything from the nest at all. Great service all round, wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any future unwanted visitors!

Fast and effective elimination of wasp infestation in roof at a reasonable price.
I found a wasp nest in the roof of my house and found Spire Pest Control In the DCC Trusted Trader site. I spoke to Stuart, who came out immediately despite it being a Saturday afternoon and had a quick look at the nest before treating it and, hey-presto the nest is gone. I am delighted with the service provided Spire Pest Control and they will be my first call if I experience any other Pest problems.

Contacted Spire regarding a wasp problem. Immediate response from Stuart, he came out the same morning and dealt with the problem efficiently. He is very knowledgeable, he gave advice on dealing with other pests that could create a problem and also pointed out a problem with our chimney we were unaware of. Would definitely recommend Spire.

Contacted Spire Pest Control late on Monday night, they arrived before 10 a.m. next day to treat a wasp nest in the gutter next to our back door. They were thorough, checking the loft and identifying where the nest site was exactly. They then explained what they were doing and tackled the nest. I'm glad it wasn't me up the ladder when the wasps came out to greet their spray. Anyhow, they were polite, efficient and charged a fair price for what would have been difficult and probably dangerous for me to have tackled myself. Money well spent.
Brilliant service. Called them at 3pm to remove a wasp nest from the loft. It was sorted by 6pm. Absolutely no complaints. They wore masks, removed shoes. Even replaced the light bulb in the loft. Would definitely recommend them.

Contacted Spire pest control as had hundreds of wasps coming into a bedroom, as there are 3 children in the house it was important to get it done fast. Contacted Spire Pest Control at 9 am and they said would try to get by early afternoon, they arrived at 1 pm and even though the nest was in a chimney stack they managed to treat it from ground level. They assured me it should be ok and the price was excellent. I could not recommend them highly enough, absolutely fantastic, thanks to them the children will be able to go to sleep without the risk of getting stung and I can sleep easy knowing I've not been stung either, in more ways than one thanks again. I know who I will be ringing first if I need any pests getting rid of.

We had heard scratching in the attic above our bedroom over several days. Looked on Trusted Trader phoned Spire Pest Control. Stuart was at our rural house in an hour an half. Identified family of squirrels. Took a few more visits to remove all of them. Excellent service recommend to anyone with similar problems.

I contacted Spire Pest Control on a Sunday and Stuart and colleague arrived later that day. They quickly identified the problem with vermin present in the loft space. They blocked several holes and set traps and poison. In the following days they kept in touch and visited to ensure the problem was solved. Throughout the service was excellent and very reasonably priced. A thoroughly professional job was completed with replacement of damaged roofing insulation. I would not hesitate to fully recommend Spire Pest Control.

Spire Pest Control were great in sorting out an issue I had with rats getting into my house and came within the hour to survey the situation when I phoned them. They were mindful of COVID precautions, professional, and empathetic with the fact I found the situation quite difficult as someone that likes animals and has pets. The service was fairly priced and they were friendly and chatty, I'd recommend them to anyone needing pest control services in the area.
Stuart and his colleague attended to a mouse problem in our house. The service was excellent. The one off cost included numerous visits to check the traps, fill the holes the mice were using to gain access and to give advice. Covid mitigation measures were observed at all times and we would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

I saw two rats in my garden feeding from the bird table so I rang Spire Pest Control and within an hour Stewart arrived Covid protected. He was very easy to talk to and gave great advice, he advised me to remove all the bird food away while the treatment was taking place. He left a secure box with the bait next to the wall were they were making their way through. He sent me safety documents to keep me informed of what had been used and what to do and not to do after his visit. 2 days later he popped back to check if the box had been activated, which it had so he left more bait. Stewart and his colleague came back today and removed the bait box and as a precaution kindly filled in a whole near the kitchen where a tumble dryer vent had been at no extra cost. There was just a one off price that I paid at the start of treatment, which I found very reasonable, and if I see any more little visitors within one month, he will return at no extra cost. I highly recommend this professional company.

Service was very prompt, just a few hours from initial phone call. Gained confidence as they knew what they were doing and the cost was good. Came back for the repeat visits until the vermin were dealt with in the garden. Also the offer of no-charge repeat visits if the vermin returned within 1 month was reassuring. The guys were very pleasant and at this COVID time wore face masks without prompting.
