Excellent service
Great people who really know their stuff. Fraser came round very quickly to investigate the roof leak and the team arrived a few days later to do the repair. Communications from Katie were first class and finally the pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommended.
*Customers Feedback* We required roofing expertise due to a leak from the roof causing damp patches to a ceiling. Fraser inspected on 18/11/2025, was shown the ceiling and advised of the problem and recommended minor works at a cost of pound 936, 2 young employees attended on 6/1/2026 and had completed the work by 3pm. At 10pm water began to drip through the ceiling. Whilst the ceiling was damp before, water had never dripped through. We contacted the company immediately. On 9/1/2026 water
dripped in several place due to snow. Fraser attended on 13/1/2026 and applied sealant to the roof. Water dripped through again on 25/1/2026. We were in a worse position after work was done than before with bowls catching water and worry over ceiling collapse. The Company refused to carryout any further works until the pound 936 was paid in full and we agreed to pay for further unspecified works. The company say they offer no guarantee or assurance that works they recommend will resolve customer leaks despite the company website stating they are a trusted local roofing expert; and that you guaranteed quality and Comprehensive Roofing Solutions full roof assessments and tailored free quotes. I cannot recommend this company.
*Traders Reply* We?re sorry the customer feels they haven?t had a good experience. We attended the next morning (7/1/26) following the continued leak and it was agreed that the broken tile we?d changed wasn?t the original cause of the leak and further inspection was required. We erected further scaffolding (no extra cost) at the earliest opportunity when the snow had cleared. We stripped some of the roof and installed sealant to a further area ? free of charge. We also identified other areas of fault with the roofs original
installation (prior to our involvement). This was feedback to the customer and it was agreed we would provide quotes for the other identified areas. The dripping through the ceiling isn?t related to the work we have completed and is the result of the amount of time it has been exposed to the ongoing original leak. The customer refuses to pay for work that has been completed to our usual high standard, the majority of the ?936 being for work to a valley unrelated to the leak. As stated on our website and trusted trader site, we do not warranty repairs but provide a high quality, honest service, as we have done in this case .

I had several quotes from other roofers for a full roof replacement on our house. One roofer I found was downright dodgy, some seemed
fine but when their quote arrived they clearly hadn't listened and one firm were just plucking a very high number from the air. I liked Fraser as soon as I met him - personable, approachable and
professional. Fraser was the only one who quoted for what I actually asked for, his quote was very competitive and so we very happily gave him the job. I later found out he was a trusted trader which gave me even more confidence. Our roof is now complete and looks amazing. The guys working on it were skilled, hardworking, approachable, quiet,
polite and tidy. I couldn't fault them. The lady in the office is

We used Holymoorside Roofing to replace the roofing felt on a garage and porch. Communication was good from the initial contact and all the way through the process. The work was well organised, tidy,
efficient and well done - we hardly knew they were there. All the
workmen were polite and friendly. We would recommend using the company, just as it was recommended to us by other people.
Holymoorside Roofing, whom I found on Trusted Traders, have done two jobs for me spaced out over the last few weeks, including; replacing the ridge, replacing various damaged slates and replacing the lead work round the chimney. I can only speak very highly of Fraser's outfit. His whole team were always punctual, hard working and polite - not forgetting Katie in the office who was friendly and helpful from the start.

Fraser was helpful in establishing the repairs needed, the two guys who carried out the repairs were 'grafters' getting the job
completed quickly and competently and Katie was excellent in advising times and schedules, a very professional company to deal with and also all friendly on a one to one contact.

Communication by Fraser and Katie in the office was excellent
throughout. The guys doing the work were punctual and just got on

Fraser did a very professional job of re-roofing our concrete flat roof with some difficult access issues. He arrived on time; finished the job within a day as promised and cleared up very well afterwards. We have had some torrential rain since then and there's not a drip! Communication with the firm through Katie was excellent and the invoice was as quoted.
This is the second time I have used Holymoorside Roofing, this time to complete a partial re-roof of my bungalow. Delighted with the job they did despite the difficulties they had with access and the

Very satisfied with the work the team did on our old property. Some quite challenging obstacles were overcome while working in some
appalling conditions including storm Babet, and no leaks while
replacing the roof! Very professional and knowledgeable, always
