Great service start to finish from Wayne. Good communication and understood what we wanted. This is the third time we have used DLC Construction and we would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
What can I say, Wayne and his team have done a fantastic job. We have just had our garage converted into a utility room and a snug. Any construction to your property is always going to be stressful but Wayne supported us through the whole process. He is reliable and his work is to a very high standard. I don't think I've ever met a more genuine tradesman who will go above and beyond. He even came out to us over the Christmas break when we were having problems with the electrics. I would highly recommend and we will certainly be using him again. Big thank you to you all especially Wayne and Grant.
*Customer Feedback* Wayne visited our house, took full details of the work to be conducted and subsequently provided a quote and date for the work to start, both of which were accepted and agreed. When the date came but nobody arrived, we tried to make contact by phone, text and email to find out what was happening. All we got was a deafening silence. We were left with having to find a new company who would undertake the work. This is no way to go about running a business. I suggest avoiding this company if you do not want to receive the same treatment given to us. *Traders Reply* A quote was given and broke down. I then received an email adding additional insulation and other requirements. I felt that you were trying to change the goal posts at no extra cost and was not happy to work with you. Strange how all my reviews are 100% but because you didn't get your own way you choose to slander my company. Good luck in finding someone to do your work.
Wayne, and all the team are amazing they will not let you down. They do such a great job, twice they have helped me still doing fantastic work. Highly recommend these people, you will not be disappointed in their work. A Star. Thank you Wayne and all your team.
Wayne O'Hara and his team have just completed another building job for us and we remain extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and his whole team. We have really enjoyed having them on board to help us on the various stages of our bungalow renovation project.
Wayne replied to our enquiry about renovations the same day and was very prompt in visiting and providing a quote. Wayne was very helpful and kept us updated on when various trades would be starting work and checked progress regularly. Very impressed with Wayne's organisation and would certainly use the firm again.
We contacted Wayne for a quote to remove a fireplace and replace some damaged flooring. He came to see us two days later and promised a quote by the next day. The quote came the same evening and we thought it was very reasonable so confirmed we would like him to do the work. Communication was excellent, Wayne was clear at the outset what needed to be done and kept us informed throughout the job of what was going to be done next and when. He kept his word throughout and the work was done when he said it would be, letting us know who would be coming and when. Wayne and all his team were friendly, professional and did a fantastic job. Everyone arrived when they said they would and worked in a tidy way to give us a great result. Fast and efficient response to request for quote for replacement fence. Flexible on dates for fitting. Good job all round. Recommended.
A very pleasant experience: we received a prompt quote for re-installing some fencing panels and posts, which we accepted and a date was arranged to carry out the work. However, due to some very high winds, the existing fencing became very unstable. Wayne came round immediately ahead of the arranged installation appointment and removed the panels. A few days later Wayne and Grant arrived and carried out a perfect job. We are really pleased and grateful for their excellent work and would highly recommend DLC UK and intend to use their expertise again. 10 out of 10!
Wayne and his team did a terrific job completely transforming my living/dining room, including removing an old fireplace, knocking out an archway, re-plastering and decorating. It is unrecognisable! Wayne was extremely helpful in all respects, including accommodating a change of plan over the archway. He was in frequent contact with me about the job's progress, keeping me informed about what was happening next. I also felt that I was charged a very fair price for the work involved. Everyone working on the job was pleasant and professional and I would certainly recommend DLC UK to anyone, and would use Wayne and his team again.
Wayne O'Hara of DLC UK Ltd was quick to respond, willing to give helpful advice and did a superb job in repairing a hole in my roof and replacing a leaking velux window. He also gave a Gold Card discount, which was much appreciated. I would not hesitate to contact Wayne again with any building construction problems.
I highly recommend DLC UK. Wayne did everything he said he would from original quotation through to job completion. He was professional throughout and his manner is one of trustworthiness. I had been let down by four other traders on trusted trader before I contacted Wayne. But he was the only one to refer to trusted trader rules and the only one who kept to his word. The work he did was thorough and completed to a very high standard and before and after photos were provided by Wayne with full explanations of the remedial work. Don't go elsewhere without contacting DLC UK first. 10 out of 10.
Wayne and Rye were absolutely brilliant. Repaired my roof straight away after given quote, the next day. Sent pic of work done which is amazing work. Cannot thank them enough what they have done. Wayne and his colleagues did an excellent job and the cleanliness and care with which they worked was impressive. They did all the things that reflect competence and being bothered; arriving consistently when they said they would, keeping us informed, and following a clear plan of action. We would certainly use them again.

DLC removed render and re-pointed the brickwork on an outbuilding for us, plus some additional work. Wayne was excellent and very professional with all the work and very hard working. We would definitely recommend DLC to anyone who needs a good job doing.
I contacted DLC to replace my existing fence. From start to finish the service was phenomenal, all queries answered and addressed, nothing too much trouble, pride and care taken with the work, excellent job done, very satisfied. Would highly recommend and will be using Wayne again.
