Duncan provided an excellent, friendly service in the installation of our new boiler and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone. All work was carried out without fuss and everything left clean and tidy. It has transformed our home into a cosy haven. Thank-you Duncan!!
Absolutely brilliant, brand new boiler and system fitted for almost half the price of what we got quoted elsewhere. Explained everything really well and was really polite. Left the house clean and tidy after every day and spoke us through how to work the new boiler and HIVE system after works were completed. We would highly recommend Duncan for doing any plumbing works and will not be going to anyone else!
After receiving fabulous service last year when Duncan installed a replacement boiler for me I asked him to return this year to service it along with my two gas fires. Time arranged around convenience for me. Prompt arrival, neat and tidy, excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
What an excellent chap Duncan is. Did a top-notch job of fitting a new boiler for us including some tricky pipe and flue work. All work done to a very high standard. Always quick to answer or return calls which is so rare these days, and quick to come out to any problems. Will be using Duncan again for all other plumbing work as we were so impressed.
Duncan is very professional and does a first class job. He removed a balanced flu gas fire, capped off the gas supply and performed the relevant testing. The job also involved replacing bricks on the outside wall and fitting a breeze block on the inside wall, behind the marble surround. Duncan showed respect for our home and cleaned up afterward.
Duncan is excellent in both his work and manner. He is very knowledgeable, punctual and approachable, he has sorted us out on several occasions and also done a full service of our boilers and flushing of the system, it is now working beautifully and we would highly recommend using Duncan's services, many thanks!

Duncan was referred to us when we had issues with our boiler not behaving as it should. He managed to resolve the problem which the previous engineer could not and also followed up with a courtesy call to check everything was still working properly a couple of days later. He is professional, courteous and very thorough. We have used him several times since to plumb in taps, rads and system servicing. Lovely chap and I can highly recommend him. 5 star service in every respect.
