Called on a Saturday to fix overflowing toilet. Came within an hour and fitted new part. Worked quickly and efficiently and left no mess. Price charged was very fair. Highly recommended.

Phil was very friendly went above a beyond. Couldn't fit my cooker in his van so he walked it on his trolley to new property 5 minutes away. Priced very well. Wanted to give him a tip but wouldn't take it.

Phil very patiently explained the type of portable heating thermostat I would need, and then provided and installed it exactly when he said he would. Traders like Phil are a goldmine and few and far between.

As always happens, a few days later my existing boiler failed in the recent very cold weather. I rang Phil and he came that day and diagnosed the fault. I asked if he we could bring the installation forward. He re-organised his work schedule and we agreed a date. Phil attended when he said he would, he worked efficiently and without mess and even though the install wasn't straight forward, he came up with a really good solution. The installation was completed as agreed in the agreed timescale. The price remained as competitive.
