We are a father and Son team with over 20 years experience between us. We undertake a wide variety of Property maintenance and repair jobs, both inside and out, ranging from: kitchen fitting, Flooring, Painting & Decorating to Fencing and Patios. We are also happy to take on the smaller jobs, as no job too small. A majority of our work has come through referrals and repeat customer business. Laurence and Ryan do indeed provide excellent professional and friendly maintenance services. We've had their help on different jobs for over a year. They've always been punctual, communicated clearly, left things tidy and done good quality work. Ryan did a lovely job of plastering to repair an area of water damage in the lounge and other works included internal and external painting, putting up blinds, re grouting tiles and removing/reapplying silicone, sanding and repair of floorboards, fitting shelves coat hooks and toilet seats, fixing a hole in the kitchen ceiling and making good, fixing guttering and fitting a water butt. They were happy to travel and costs were as agreed and very fair. Recommend and we will use their services in the future.
We are very satisfied with the plastering and decorating from Lawrence and Ryan. Their work is really good, especially Ryan's plastering skills. The price was good, communication excellent and they make an excellent team. We will be using them again.
