James and the team have just been excellent during the 5 days when they transformed part of my garden from a weed jungle to a beautiful usable space. From the minute James came over to give me a quote I knew I'd go with his company, he made me feel totally at ease and I knew I'd trust him to do a great job and the keys to my house! He explained everything clearly and wasn't fazed when I asked questions or needed more clarification. He provided a comprehensive quote with a breakdown of costs which made everything transparent from day 1. The amount of work was huge, but the team just cracked on with it, I really enjoyed seeing the progress being made each day. The overall experience of working with James and JW Garden Services has been brilliant, from quote to completion. All of the guys were polite, professional and hard working, they went above and beyond to ensure that our expectations were met. He worked efficiently, he was respectful of our property and left the premises in excellent condition removing all the waste material. We cannot fault James' attitude or workmanship and fully recommend him and his company.

Can't recommend James and his staff highly enough. First class workmanship and they came up with suggestions as the work progressed. Very fair price for the work undertaken and all rubbish taken away when they'd finished and the garden nice and tidy when they left site. Great job, good price and great value for money. From the moment I saw photos of your work in a Wingerworth community group, first making contact with you, meeting you back in February to now it has been an absolute pleasure. James listened to us vaguely describing what we wanted then sent out a plan, wasn't phased when we changed a few details closer to the time, gave advice on tiles and who to purchase from and turned up promptly when promised. A mere 8 days later, the transformation of our wilderness to the splendour I now behold through the lounge window is incredible. I am only sorry I had to work all the time you were here, not being available to offer you refreshments or comment on how great the garden was looking.
