We first met Lewis to discuss our requirements for new radiators as part of our new kitchen installation. His knowledge, communication and the work carried out by his engineers has been excellent. We did have a slight problem following the installation of the radiators but Lewis visited within half an hour of us raising the issue and immediately arranged for this to be rectified. The remedial work was carried out very satisfactorily. So full marks for customer service. We would certainly recommend First Point Plumbing and Heating and will definitely be using his business in the future. In fact we have some further work lined up for them already.
We first used First Point to undertake a full service on our ageing boiler a couple of weeks ago. Lewis was knowledgeable and thorough and did an excellent job. Our basin tap was also replaced on the same visit, and the work completed to a high standard. We turned to First Point again this week, to help resolve a tricky 'emergency' situation caused by someone who turned out to be a something of a rogue trader. We were in a bit of a panic, but Lewis was with us within the hour and sorted everything out quickly and without fuss. We are incredibly grateful for his care and professionalism. We can't speak highly enough of Lewis and First Point. We will definitely be using them again, and we would not hesitate to recommend them.
*Customer Feedback* Appointment made with Lewis for him to come to my house 10 days ago and quote me for some plumbing work but he didn't show up and hasn't communicated with me at all. I therefore consider him to be unreliable and wouldn't recommend him. *Traders Reply* Hi, We are really sorry that you had this experience with us.
