We have been in the damp proofing and remedial trade for over 35 years, working for local authority and domestic customers alike. Our damp proofing and tanking works are covered by a chemical manufacturer warranty system which SPS Midlands is approved to provide. All quotes are free of charge. We offer an honest, polite service and pride ourselves on leaving customers happy and satisfied with their work. We take every precaution within reason to protect flooring and furniture. The experience I have built up over the years has been a result of my family's 50 years in the business of damp proofing.

Colin fitted a PIV unit at our home yesterday as we had really bad condensation in the house. We woke this morning to NO condensation anywhere. So pleased with Colin and Andy for an excellent job with perfect results.
