About Sereco Windows
Sereco Windows are a Derbyshire based business offering high quality UPVC windows, doors and conservatories as well as aluminium products. We are quite unique in the fact that we also offer high-end timber products; rotless accoya, hardwood Sapele and Oak windows doors and conservatories. Steven Sanderson Director is actually a joiner by trade and has just over 40 years of experience within the industry and he overlooks every installation. We as a team, undertake one installation at a time and stay on your installation until completion; ensuring a swift install with no frustrating delays. Your Sales call and survey is undertaken by the same person, Steven Sanderson Director , ensuring there is smooth continuity throughout the whole process from start to finish. Many companies out there do not work like this. Our fitters are not paid piece rate like many other companies so they are not rushing your installation for their own financial gain. We pay our fitters to do a job well, even if the time runs over. Our fitters are all MTC qualified in line with Government Regulations. This means they have passed stringent tests to ensure they are extremely capable of quality installations. For all our uPVC windows, we use a German profile called Deceuninck; this retains it's colour over time and does not fade like other cheaper profiles out there in the market. We do not install the cheapest windows & doors in the market; we pick and choose the best so you are offered quality and no future issues arising for years. Our philosophy is "pay for quality and get no future comebacks." For all our Composite doors, we use the sturdy and long lasting Palladio doors and Hallmark doors; better built and better Guarantees. Other cheaper composite doors on the market often bow, twist and ultimately leak and you do not get those issues with our range. After completion of your job, you will be guided around the whole installation to check you are 100% happy before you pay the full amount. Unlike other companies, we do not leave your premises before you are given the chance of checking every detail. We always see if we can price match with other companies if they are offering the same quality of products and installation as ourselves so please call us to give us this opportunity for you and for us. Our After Care Service is second to none; if for some reason, you experience any slight issues after we have left, we are hot off the mark in resolving anything - however small; we think our reviews speak for themselves!

Had 4 windows and some glazing replaced/upgraded. Steven and his team were very knowledgeable, proficient and paid attention to detail. Answered all my questions, and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely people to deal with from beginning to end, offering top quality products, excellent workmanship at an affordable price. It has made my house look and feel much better. Thank you so much. Great team. They worked very hard to get the job done. I couldn't believe the windows when they'd finished you couldn't see where they had been. There was no mess or damage to the paint work and all areas were clean and tidy. Would recommend.
We hired Sereco Windows to replace the 1970's, handmade window frames in our 1930's house, with double glazing. We were nervous about how different it would look, but Steve and his team did a fantastic job of sensitively installing new windows that considered the old style. The old windows took some removing and created a huge mess, but it was all cleared up by the end of day. They're hard-working, tidy, friendly, and pay attention to the detail. We still have a few windows that we will need to do in the future, and we would not hesitate to get them back in to do them!

A little more expensive than the other two quotes I got. Steve seemed to have a better idea of how to do the job so I went with him. It was a good choice. I'm very happy with finished installation. The guys who did the work were excellent, friendly and hard working. I can honestly recommend Sereco.
Contacted Sereco Windows in Spring 2024 when I started looking into replacing all modern windows in our listed property with quality, slimline glazed, timber Accoya flush casements. Steve and Elaine were quick to deal with my enquiry/questions and provide a quote for initial phase to supply and fit 4 windows. Order placed mid May and windows have just been fitted mid July. The fitters, Doug and Robert, did a quality job and replaced all 4 windows in just 2 days with no mess or fuss. We are very pleased with the new windows and are making plans to replace remaining windows/French doors in Spring 2025 and will happily ask Sereco Windows to quote and carry out the work.
Brilliant company to work with. Top quality workmanship and very neat and tidy. Completed two projects for me and would definitely recommend them for conservatory repairs and replacement doors and windows.
Steve responded promptly to our plea for help. An old heavy wooden bifold door on the inside of our conservatory had fallen off. He and his team, using lots of cunning, managed to re-fit it. They also sorted out a steamed wooden double glazed window. Job well done by lovely people and affordable.
We have used Steve and his team three times now. This time for our new patio doors. Steve came to measure up and our new doors were fitted a few weeks later. Doug and Tom fitted the new doors. They were very efficient and had great attention to detail. They were courteous and respected our home putting down dust sheets on their route through the house. They left everywhere clean and tidy. We would have no hesitation in recommending Sereco Windows.

We've had Steven and his team to fit windows on two different occasions for us. He is very knowledgeable about his trade and the work has always been done to a really high standard. We've been really pleased with all of our new windows and doors.
Sereco Windows did an excellent job, replacing double glazed panels to the roof of a large existing timber framed conservatory. Every panel was a different size and measurements were critical. The team worked very hard in poor weather conditions and were extremely tidy especially within the house. Finished in two days and the final clean of the panels was brilliant.
I had three new windows and a door replaced in my existing garage. The price Steve Sanderson's company charged was very reasonable. I understand that Sereco is seeking Trusted Trader status. I was recommended Sereco by a couple of friends who were very pleased with Steven Sanderson's work. Steven came to assess the existing French doors and we discussed the best replacement with a single door plus sidelight. He was knowledgeable, having good advice about double versus triple glazing. He was very happy to be paid by cheque which is an important factor. His son then came and screwed in the frame of a front window which another Window company had been left unsecured 16 years ago - the original reason behind my enquiry which I extended to the replacement of French doors as part of the replacement door order. I had a good idea of what to expect therefore. Rob Sanderson and Doug were courteous, competent and confident workers and I was left calm and very pleased that the day had not been the usual trauma of tradesmen working to their own satisfaction. Elaine Sanderson in the office was equally competent and dealt with my queries with efficiency politeness and understanding. I am happy to recommend Sereco, wish them success and hope that they remain the exception to the rule.

Sereco did a wonderful job installing a new side door in my garage. The job was started on the due date and finished in a workman like way. The materials used were of a good quality and the men who did the job were very good and left the site clean and tidy. No hesitation in recommending them to anyone, 1st class outfit.
