The workmanship of the windows made for us by Water Lane Joinery was superb, so they have my highest recommendation on that score. They were also incredibly helpful with the planning process. However there were multiple delays probably due to a lack of skilled labour. Communication could have been far better during that worrying time. But the end result was well worth waiting for.

Have used Water Lane Joinery many times for jobs big and small over the last 10 years, including but not limited to two fully fitted libraries, new windows and conservation area appropriate repairs to exterior woodwork that no-one else dared tackle. Highly recommended - excellent joiners, transparent and reasonable pricing and a very personable friendly service with a very nice chap in charge.

This is an excellent business, with a traditional approach to cabinetmaking - in other words, very high quality, and proud of it. There may - or may not- be cheaper businesses out there, but if so, the quality will not be the same. This is a joinery business for those who appreciate workmanship and honesty.
