Holywell Carpets provided an excellent service. From the start; selecting the right product, answering queries, providing the service specification, right through to the overall fitting of carpets; the experience was overwhelmingly positive. The team were very professional and hard working. When it came to the fitting, it was a difficult project, but the fitters did an amazing job and the result was fantastic.
An absolute pleasure dealing with Steve and his fitters, guaranteed a good price and service. Would recommend Holywell Carpets to everyone we know. Thanks for the outstanding service.

This is the first time I have used Holywell Carpets but it certainly won't be the last. I received fantastic service from start to finish. I felt the choice of carpets in the shop was great and I'm delighted with the end result. I'd recommend Holywell carpets.

We have used Holywell Carpets to carpet all our home over a period of two years. From start to finish we received excellent service. From ordering the carpet, and being given sound advice to meet our requirements. The fitter always does a first class job, and I am pleased with the results. Steve is a great trader and we enjoy shopping with him. The carpets we have had so far are of excellent quality and still look new. So I know for a fact I will not go anywhere else for my carpets. I would recommend to anyone to use him.
We have used the services of Holywell Carpets over the last 10 years and are always delighted by the friendly, professional and efficient carpet fitting service we receive. We always feel we are offered good advice on carpet selection and that we get good value for money.
Holywell Carpets have always been our first choice supplier and fitter for the last 20 years as they consistently do a great job at a competitive price. Steve always shows a keen interest in our requirements and gives sound advice as to the pro's and con's. The fitters are always friendly and courteous.
*Customer feedback* Failed to complete all the work included in their quotation and as per the survey prior to the quotation on the first visit to my property, when I reported this I was told Steve owner would call round asap to finish the job. When he called back he gave me a load of excuses why he could not finish it although he had previously surveyed it and said it could be done and…. no problem. He then packed up his tools and I was left to finish the job myself. When I phoned Steve to tell him I could sort it out for 50 pounds and suggested that this be deducted from the bill he told me to … and …… shop elsewhere in future and…. Over the last 10 years I have spent 1000 pounds with him but obviously no more! *Traders reply* 1) The fitting of the agreed carpets were completed on the agreed date. 2) Customer asked if we would replace 2 door plates (in an area nothing to do with the above order) which I agreed to supply and fit as a goodwill gesture as he was a returning customer. 3) It was only after the removal of the old plates that it came to light that the underlying floor wasn't suitable for this type of plate. I was happy to fit back down new plates in the original style that we had taken up, but the customer refused! 4) I then suggested that as he didn't like plates down, he needed to get a joiner who would be able to put down a wooden threshold, which would sort the problem out. He said that he knew someone and would get it sorted. I asked him to phone me after Christmas when it had been done and I would come and cut the carpet up to it for him (as a good will gesture)! At no time did I agree to pay for the joiners work, and to be honest why should I? 5) On the 3rd of Jan I received a phone call demanding that I pay for this even though it was nothing to do with our work! He came over as very aggressive and rude which is unacceptable. At this point I asked him to send a cheque for the balance of the work we finished and I would appreciate it if he wouldn't shop with us again. To which I got an abusive response, at this point I hung up the phone. Through the entirety of this job, my colleagues and I have done everything in our power to please this customer as we do with all our customers.
