Holywell Carpets

We've used Holywell Carpets before - did a good job, so asked them about some LVT flooring for our dining room. The fitter Gareth was tidy, professional, worked hard and did a great job. He even helped with a kitchen flood we had after placing the order. We will be contacting them again in the new year. Very happy to recommend Holywell to others.

Don't Bother to go anywhere else!!! Now that I've got your attention, read the rest, this place is excellent. Steve has been committed throughout the whole process of choosing the flooring, been flexible about paying, has kept my artistic director, the wife!, very happy with his suggestions for the flooring that is! and ensured that we got what we wanted. This was all topped off today by a brilliant pair of fitters. Needless to say we are extremely happy to wholeheartedly recommend Holywell Carpets. Just be aware, as you go through your choices and don't let this put you off at all as you'll miss out but Steve could talk the hind legs off a donkey!!!

From start to finish I was very impressed with the high quality service from Steve and also extremely pleased with my carpet. Dale fitted 3 sets of stairs and landings perfectly. Highly recommend, will definitely use again.

Steve and his fitters provided excellent service from advice in the shop to actually fitting of the carpet. There was a good choice of carpets in the shop at competitive prices and the price given included the underlay and fitting. The dates offered were convenient and the fitter turned up on time, fitted the carpet, tidied up and left. He did an excellent job of the fitting and even refused the offer of a tea or coffee! Very efficient from purchase to fitting. Very courteous and they did everything that they said they would. I highly recommend them and will not look anywhere else, when I replace the next carpet. Excellent carpets.
